Hotter'N Hell: Annual Spaghetti Dinner

Wichita Falls, TX -

On Friday thousands of people packed the Kay Yeager Coliseum for Hotter'N Hell's annual spaghetti dinner.

The event is put on my the North Texas Chapter of the Texas Restaurant Association. Riders and their family members were able to indulge in the all you can eat affair.

Event organizers say they cooked about 2,000 lbs of pasta, 700 lbs of choice ground beef and 350,000 gallons of sauce.

In order to prepare for the big feast, workers say they had to start cooking at 4:30 in the morning.

And their work paid off as lines wrapped from inside to outside the coliseum. The event was from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Some of the proceeds from the dinner benefit Interfaith Ministry and the North Texas Chapter of the Texas Restaurant Association.
