Mosquitoes Test Positive For West Nile In Wichita Falls

Mosquitoes in Wichita Falls have tested positive for West Nile Virus. The Texas Department of State Health Services Laboratory confirmed it Thursday morning.

The Wichita County-Wichita Falls Health District wants to remind residents to limit time outside during dusk and dawn, wear deet, dress appropriately and drain or dump standing water. This will prevent you from being bitten my a mosquito.
