Cloud Seeding Officials Take Off

S.O.A.R.

officials took to the skies on Thursday afternoon, in hopes of increasing rainfall across Texoma.

Cloud seeding operations have been on a break since July because the last few months are traditionally the driest out of the year.

Wichita Falls city leaders said a recent review of cloud seeding operations between March and June proved it was successful.

This made them fly into the skies a few days earlier than originally planned.
