Lawton Police Investigating Homicide

Lawton Police are investigating a homicide.

Officers were called to Northwest 70th and Kingsbury Avenue around midnight Wednesday and found two men shot. 31-year-old Robert Anderson was shot multiple times. He was treated at Comanche County Memorial Hospital. 32-year-old Allen Anderson was shot at least twice and died from his injuries. 

Lawton Police are still processing the scene and conducting interviews with witnesses. No arrests have been made. 

This is the city's 10th homicide of the year. As of September 18th last year, Lawton had 14 homicides.

    Tuesday, Wichita Falls City Council gave Downtown Wichita Falls Development the green light to paint crosswalks downtown. Hand drawn paintings made by local artists will fill the cross sections of 7th and 9th on Scott, Indiana and Ohio.
