The historic World War I plane, Curtiss Jenny, will be making its final flight on Saturday, October 4th, at the Kickapoo Airport.
The Curtiss Jenny was made in 1917, and is one of only three still flying in the world. On Saturday night “Jenny” will make its final flight, with the winning bidder inside, before being placed on display at the new Wichita Falls Regional Airport as a representative of aviation history.
The auction event will begin at 5:30 p.m. at the Kickapoo Airport, phone bids and early bids will be accepted.
