Wings For Warriors

The Wichita Falls American Legion Post 120 is hoping to make dreams come true for some military men and women in Wichita Falls. The Airman's Club presents the very first Home For The Holidays event.

This Christmas the group will send 10 different military service members home to celebrate the holidays with their loved ones. The group has raised around $7,000 so far to spend on flight vouchers.

Drawings will be held to pick out the winners of the vouchers. The winners will receive a $500 flight voucher to spend on their flight home.

Drawings will be held at the Airman's Club September 27, October 4, 11, 18, & 25. Each drawing night they will choose two names until the flight vouchers are gone. If there are vouchers left over drawings will continue.

You can still help send more military members home by donating! They are also selling t-shirts, you can get yours now by contacting American Legion Post 120, or you can call Robert Reams at (940)867-5141.
