Hatton Road Postal Center Sold

The Hatton Road Postal Center was sold three weeks ago to Work Services Corporation.

Work Services Corporation officials are expecting to choose an architect for the renovation project, and after that, it will go through a bidding process to hire a construction company.

The building is a seventy-five thousand square foot facility, the renovation and remodeling project could take about six months.

Officials say they are trying to expand the company and hope to move most of its operations into the former postal facility. They are planning to keep the Armory Road location for storage and other purposes.
