Nick Vujicic spoke to kids from McNeil and Kirby at First Baptist Church on October 10th. He will be speaking to kids at Straight Street, an organization that helps students in the area how to deal with issues that face teens today, on Saturday at 8 p.m.
Nick Vujicic was born in Australia without arms and legs. However, he refused to let his condition limit his lifestyle as he travels the world and talks about the dangers of bullying and to have true self-esteem.
Since his first speaking engagement at age 19, Vujicic has traveled around the world, sharing his story with millions, sometimes in stadiums filled to capacity, speaking to a range of diverse groups such as students, teachers, young people, business professionals, and church congregations of all sizes.
Vujicic will be speaking at a special event on Sunday October 12th at Kay Yeager Coliseum, the event begins at 10:30 a.m. and is free and open to the public.
