MSU To Host Ebola Virus Forum

Midwestern State University's Gunn College of Health Sciences and Human Services will present a community forum on the Ebola Virus Disease.

It will be held Tuesday, October 21st in the Dillard Business Building room 101 from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

The forum will begin with an informational session that will address the history of the virus, a timeline of key events and signs and symptoms of the disease.

Dr. Robert McBroom, a local infectious disease specialist will address transmission and treatment of Ebola Virus Disease. The remainder of the forum will provide the community with an opportunity to ask questions pertaining to prevention of the disease and the preparedness of our community.
