Mother Behind Bars For Endangering Child

    One woman is behind bars after Wichita Falls Police say a 5-year-old is locked out of a motel room Monday. 

    Police say the child's mother was found passed out from drugs and alcohol.

    Officers say Jessica Puckett is accused of abandoning or endangering a child.

    Investigators say  drugs and alcohol were also found in the room with the 26-year-old.
