Information Not to be Released Regarding Triple Homicide Suspect.

DUNCAN, Okla. (AP) - A Duncan city attorney says some documents about police contact with the man suspected of killing his parents and sister cannot be released.

Assistant City Attorney Lawrence Wheeler told The Oklahoman (

) that he can't release non-traffic matters regarding Alan Hruby before Hruby turned 18.

The 19-year-old Hruby is charged with first-degree murder in the Oct. 9 shooting death of his father, John Hruby; his mother, "Tinker" Hruby; and his 17-year-old sister Katherine Hruby inside their Duncan home.

An affidavit in the case says police were called to the home Dec. 21, 2012, because of reports Hruby had choked his mother. Alan Hruby would have been 17 at the time.

The traffic records show Hruby at least twice used a false name when stopped by police, including once just hours before the slayings.
