Midwestern State makes its return to the NCAA Division II postseason for the eighth time in the last nine seasons this weekend when the Mustangs take on Colorado Mesa in Grand Junction.
The Mustangs and Mavericks are slated for a 2 p.m. (Central Time) kickoff time Sunday at Walker Field.
MSU makes its 10th overall playoff appearance which includes five national quarterfinalist showings advancing to the Final Four in 2007 and 2010.

The Mavericks had their 12-match winning streak snapped with a 4-1 loss to Regis last weekend in the RMAC Postseason Tournament semifinals.

The winner moves on to face top-seeded St. Edward's (Texas) next weekend at the highest remaing seed in the West Region.
Seattle Pacific (Wash.) (15-1-1) hosts one sub-regional as the Falcons will face the winner of Northwest Nazarene (Wash.) (14-3-1) and Simon Fraser (B.C.) (11-4-2), while Azusa Pacific (Calif.) (14-2-0) hosts the other sub-regional welcoming Calfornia State, Los Angeles (13-3-1) and California, San Diego (9-4-5).
