Fire Blazes in Burkburnett Home

Around 9 a.m. Tuesday morning, Firefighters responded to a house fire that sparked inside a home located in the 1300 block of Parliament in Burkburnett.

The Burkburnett Volunteer Fire Department, Shepard Air Force Base Firefighters, Wichita Fall Fire Department, and Friberg-Cooper worked together to douse the flames.

No injuries were reported, and firefighters were able to rescue three kittens from the blaze.

The Red Cross is assisting with the displacement of two adults and four teenagers.
