Petrolia Mother Pleads Guilty to Charges

The mother of a Petrolia man who's in prison for a 2007 murder in Clay County, pleaded guilty to two charges, including tampering with evidence.

Terri Janiece Green pleaded guilty on November 18th to two misdemeanor charges for her part in  the death of Jose Ramirez. The two charges were initially felony charges of Tampering With Evidence and Failure to Report Human Remains. Green was ordered to pay a fine and did just that.

Justin Green's first trial was in August, 2013. It ended in a mistrial. and just as his second trial was to begin in May, 2014, he entered a guilty plea.
