Paws for Greatness

At Paws For Greatness, the youth work together and showcase their dogs working as a group, then they will be introduced individually and show some of the highlights of what their dog can do.

A typical paws session involve: training dogs, writing essays, taking a tour of the city animal services, watching a movie or documentary about different topics relating to pet overpopulation, jobs dogs do, etc.

Each youth will earn 40 hours of community service when participating and completing  a session of Paws for Greatness.

At the end of the session, the youths have a party with food and each youth receives a video of the training session and certificates of achievements and volunteer/community service hours.

Graduation for Paws for Greatness is Friday, December 12th at noon at the Bright Ideas campus on 287 South Service Road.
