Nighthawks Announce Offensive Line Signings

The Wichita Falls Nighthawks began unveiling their free-agent signing class this week, going position-by-position as they finish filling out their inaugural indoor roster.

Today they announced the signing of five offensive linemen to join former outdoor Nighthawk Shawn Santos up front.

Dominique Allen: 6'3", 300 lbs. Started 40 games at offensive tackle over 40 years at the University of Central Arkansas (FCS). First-team all-Southland Conference and third-team All-American in 2013.

Samuel Maxie: 6'3", 300 lbs. Started 27 games for the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor (Div. III). First-team all-conference, second-team All-American (D3Football.com) in 2012.

Zion Pyatt: 6'6", 315 lbs. 2-year starter in 2011-12 at Jackson State (FCS) in Mississippi. Named First-team all-SWAC in 2012.

William Brimfield: 6'6", 365 lbs. Spent three years at Tennessee (FBS) before transferring to North Alabama (D2) following a coaching change. Experience in several professional indoor leagues including the top-level AFL.

Mohamed Kourouma: 6'1", 305 lbs. Went from walk-on to scholarship at Louisville (FBS) under head coach Charlie Strong. Started 7 games last season for the LSFL's West Texas Wildcatters in Odessa.

The team will continue releasing new signings, position-by-position, this week.
