Nighthawks Announce Defensive Line Signings

The Wichita Falls Nighthawks continued releasing their training camp roster Tuesday with a look at their defensive line:

Terrance Lloyd: 6'4", 248 lbs. Four-year starter at Baylor (FBS), earning all-Big 12 in 2013 and honorable mention all-Big 12 in 2012. Signed as an undrafted free agent with the Houston Texans, playing in several preseason games.

Rickey Simpson: 6'2", 255 lbs. Four-year letterman at Illinois State (FCS).

Dalton Etimani: 6'3", 245 lbs. Played at Midwestern State and for the outdoor Nighthawks. Signed from the Nighthawks' open tryout in November.

Mack LaFaele: 6'0", 340 lbs. Played at Midwestern State and for the outdoor Nighthawks. 2011 honorable mention all-Lone Star Conference. Also signed from November tryout.

Joey Searcy II: 6'0", 335 lbs. Played at Angelo State where he was a two-time D2 All-American. Participated in rookie camp with the Dallas Cowboys this summer.

Lenard Williams: 6'2", 260 lbs. Played 13 games for Washington State University after playing JuCo ball at Iowa Western CC. Left team during Mike Leach's first season in Pullman.

Tomorrow the team will continue to release their roster with the wide receivers group. Training camp starts February 1st and the roster will be cut to 21 active players and a four-member practice squad for the regular season.

     The MSU Texas softball team gave up three multi-run home runs en-route to an 8-0 loss to Texas A&M-Kingsville on Sunday at Mustangs Park.
