Traffic Signal Project to Begin - Newschannel 6 Now | Wichita Falls, TX

Traffic Signal Project to Begin

The City of Wichita Falls Public Works Department, in conjunction with Texas Department of Transportation, will be working on the traffic signals at the intersection of Southwest Parkway and McNiel, December 22nd, 23rd, and 24th. 

The intersection will be regulated as a 4-way or all way stop during construction. Work is expected to begin at 9 a.m. and be completed by 3 p.m. each day.  


The public is encouraged to find an alternate route of travel and/or completely avoid the area for the duration of this project.
