Lawton Police Find Missing Boy

UPDATE: Lawton police are reporting that they have found Isaiah shortly after 12:30 p.m. Tuesday. 

Lawton Police need your help to find a missing 8-year-old boy.

They say Isaiah Fairman attends Ridgecrest Elementary school and never made it home yesterday afternoon. According to authorities, he got off the bus near 38th street at the Victoria Square Apartments. Police believe Fairman may not have gone home because he got into trouble at school. According to a witness he was seen getting off the bus. Isaiah lives the apartments at 2527 NW 38th Street, Victoria Square Apartments. According to witnesses, he was seen upstairs near the apartment he lives at, shortly after arriving home, prior to be seen running west through the apartments away from his residence.

Isaiah Fairman is described as an 8 year old black male, approximately 3 feet 7 inches tall, weighing approximately 97 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue coat, black jeans, and had a black backpack.  Isaiah lives in the Victoria Square Apartments with his father and he attends Ridgecrest Elementary School. He did not show up for school this morning.

Almost every officer on duty is still searching the area for him on Tuesday morning, but they say he may have gone home with a friend. If you have any information about his whereabouts, call the Lawton Police Department at 580-581-3270
