MSU Hoops Set for Big Games in Lawton

Both Midwestern State University basketball teams have big games coming up Saturday against the Cameron Aggies in Lawton, Oklahoma.

For the Mustang men, ranked #23 in the D2 Media Poll, it's a chance to at least keep pace with conference-leading Angelo State. The Mustangs (5-1) trail the unbeaten Rams by one game in the conference standings, as ASU travels to Texas A&M-Kingsville (1-5) on Saturday.

The #22 MSU women are looking up at the Aggies (6-1) in the LSC standings, and a win would pull the two teams into a tie, likely a game behind West Texas A&M, who are also 6-1 and visit 2-5 Eastern New Mexico Saturday. MSU already holds a win over WT this season, the Lady Buffs' only conference loss.
