Pilot Recovered from Lake Texoma

KINGSTON, Okla.- The body of a pilot who

crashed 

into Lake Texoma on Wednesday has been recovered.



The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 51-year-old Dearmond Angle was killed when his aircraft crashed into Lake Texoma. The plane, a 2008 RV91, was reportedly flying 25 feet above the lake and then crashed into the lake at a 45-degree angle. Angle and the plane were found about two miles east of Alberta Creek Marina.

The plane was recovered Thursday , but Angle's body wasn't found until 10:00 a.m. Friday.

The crash remains under investigation.
