Rider's Anderson Makes Diamondbacks Rotation

Former Rider Raider standout Chase Anderson officially made the Arizona Diamondbacks' starting pitching rotation, the club announced Monday.

Anderson made his Major League debut last season with Arizona, winning his first five career starts and finishing with a 9-7 record and 4.01 ERA for the team with the worst record in baseball.

So far this spring, Anderson has recorded a 1.84 ERA in 14.2 innings, striking out ten.
