Xbox Exchange Leads to Shots Being Fired

Police say an exchange of an XBox left bullet holes in a van, and a suspect on the loose Wednesday night  in Wichita Falls

Officials say the victim put his gaming console online to sell, the victim agreed to meet a man wanting to buy it in the Love's parking lot around 4:00 p.m. Wednesday afternoon.

Police say the suspect stole the XBox and drove off, with the the victim following behind. Both ended up in the 1100 block of Williams Avenue, where the suspect then started shooting at the victim's van.

The victim, trying to escape, ended up backing into a home on Williams, and then drove a couple blocks away before calling the police..

The suspect is described as a black man in a black vehicle.
