Double Homicide Investigation in Quanah

The Texas Rangers are investigating a double homicide in Quanah, Texas.

Around 8:45 p.m. Wednesday evening, the Hardeman County Sheriff's office received a 911 call.

Upon investigation, it was determined that a man and a woman were killed.

The investigation has been turned over to the Texas Rangers. Authorities are not saying where the bodies were found.

Quanah ISD is on a soft lockdown today because of the incident. Teachers are asked to be on high alert for anything suspicious and no visitors are allowed in the school. School officials say this is just a precaution because of the double homicide.
