Jury Selected in Luna Murder Trial

Duncan, Okla. - The jury for Chancey Luna's murder trial has been seated.

The jury is made up of seven white men and five white women. The two alternate jurors and white men. All of the jurors are middle-aged or younger. Opening statements are set to begin at 1:30 p.m. when court reconvenes on Tuesday.

Chancey Luna is the suspected triggerman in the 2013 death of Christopher Lane.

Oddesse Barnes was charged with accessory to murder after the fact and took a plea deal. He was sentenced to 25 years in prison with 13 years suspended.
Michael Jones pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and was sentenced to life in prison.
James Edwards Jr. has also been charged as an accessory to the crime.
