Police: Suspects Arrested in Connection to Burglary

Wichita Falls, TX - Six arrests have been made in regard to a burglary that occurred in March.

According to the arrest affidavit, on March 30th, around 3:30 a.m.,

Harley Hendry,

Mark Mar, Hayden Kimbro, Cody Jones, Ricardo Herrera and a juvenile entered a home in the 1700 block of Elizabeth with the intent to commit a robbery.


The affidavit states that the group kicked in the front door to get inside the residence. During the burglary, a woman was assaulted with a hammer. The victim was taken to the hospital. Jones and Kimbro say Herrera is the one who hit the woman with the hammer, causing her injuries.

 Another person in the residence was hit in the face with a fist and also in the back of the head with a revolver. Among the items stolen was a purse, pills in pill bottles, a silver scale, a phone and empty pill bottles. 

On March 31st, a search warrant was executed at a house in the 1700 block of Huff Street. Items recovered: from the search included four live cartridges to a R-P .32 auto, a fishing hammer, a kitchen knife and a cartridge casing marked MM 32 S&W long.  

Five of the six were charged with Burglary Of A Habitation/With Intent To Commit A Felony.
