School Bus Vandal Sentenced

Wichita Falls, TX - Kagan Andrew Baisden was in the 89th District Court at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday morning for sentencing. He was accused of Criminal Mischief and Theft of a Firearm.

According to police, on August 22, 2014, around twenty-two windows/windshields were damaged on six buses at the Bus Barn located on Seymour Road, totaling over $10,000 in damage.

On December 23, 2014 police found Baisden and two other suspects inside a shed on the 4700 block of Marsha Lane. Police found a stolen handgun, more than $1700 in cash, marijuana, meth, various prescription pills, a pellet rifle and other drug paraphernalia inside the shed.

Baisden was sentenced to 5 years deferred probation.
