On May 9th, voters in Wichita Falls cast their ballots in favor of W.F.I.SD.'s $59.5 million bond proposal.
Since that victory, one thing has already changed: the location of the new Career and Technical Education Center.
The center was supposed to be built near the corner of Central Freeway and Old Iowa Park Road.
