Meth Found Between Suspect's Buttocks

Wichita Falls Police - Wichita Falls police say a traffic stop led to the discovery of drugs in a place one would never expect.

According to police, the incident happened May 1st, when a driver exited I-44 from the left lane, and then suddenly turned right from the far left lane. When police pulled him over for the traffic violation, they noticed at least one tattoo associated with the North Side Crips Street Gang.

Police also say the passenger, 25-year-old Ceaser Torres, had a tattoo of a prison gang.

According to the arrest affidavit, police say Torres seemed nervous, and when they checked him for weapons, Torres pushed the officer and ran. However, police caught him, and during another check for anything suspicious, police say Torres let out a noise of pain when they inspected his buttocks.

After he was placed in the back of a squad car, Torres apparently tried to remove a white crystal substance, spilling some on the back seat of the patrol car and some onto the roadway.

The substance field tested positive for meth.  Police say they seized just under 14 grams of methamphetamine.

Torres was charged with Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Resisting Arrest, Tampering With or Fabricating Physical Evidence and Possession of Marijuana Under 2 Oz.
