Worst Proposal Ever?

Wichita Falls, Texas -

Police say that a man is behind bars after he made a woman fear for her life, followed by an unconventional marriage proposal.

On June 10th around 1:11 p.m., officers responded to a disturbance in the east parking lot of the Wichita County Courthouse.

Authorities stated that earlier that day, authorities stated that the suspect, later identified as 25-year-old Bryon Hakeem Locke Jr., the victim and a witness were driving in a 2011 Dodge Charger on Red Fox lane when Locke and the victim began arguing. Locke then took out a gun and started talking about "busting off some caps."

Locke began manipulating the gun before firing off three shots outside the vehicle's window, and stated that he had more bullets before he pointed the gun at the victim. The victim then got herself and the witness out of the vehicle.

Locke, the victim and the witness then later met at an address near Parkdale, where they began arguing. The suspect then had the victim stand up, grabbed her by the neck and stated that they were going to the courthouse to get married. Locke then drove the victim and the witness to the courthouse, where they were later found.

Locke was arrested without incident and taken to the Wichita County Jail, where he was charged with Aggravated Assault. Locke is being held on a $25,000 bond.
