Lawton Teen Sentenced for Conspiracy to Commit Murder

Lawton, Oklahoma - A Lawton teen is going to prison for his role in helping a friend commit a double murder.

Timothy Delahoy pleaded guilty in January to one count of Conspiracy to Commit Murder and two counts of Accessory After the Fact. On Monday, Delahoy was sentenced to five years in prison.

Delahoy aided Thorsten Rushing in the shooting his father, Uwe, and brother, Stefan, in January 2014.

Another teen, Cody Davis, was also scheduled to be sentenced Monday for his role in the murders, but his hearing was moved back to August 25.
