Video: Surveillance Footage from Attempted Robbery

The Wichita Falls Police Department has released video surveillance of a suspect who attempted to rob Lucky's Discount Liquor Tuesday afternoon.

According to authorities, around 4:30 p.m. a male suspect wearing a grey hoodie entered Lucky's Discount Liquor. The suspect then demanded money from the business owner before hitting the business owner in the head and face area with an unknown object.

However, the owner showed the robbery suspect his own weapon, a machete, and the suspect took off in a getaway vehicle that was described as a newer grey 4-door Pontiac..

The suspect is described as a White/Hispanic male between 20 to 30 years of age, 5'8", and weighing around 200-210 pounds.
