One Dead in Two-Vehicle Accident

UPDATE: The victim has been identified as 25-year-old Ronald Drullinger Jr.

Wichita Falls, Texas - On Thursday evening, an accident between a car and a motorcycle left one man dead.
Around 5:38 p.m., the Wichita Falls Police Department responded to a call about an injury accident between a motorcycle and a Mercury Grand Marquis. The motorcyclist was pronounced dead on the scene.
Officials say the driver of the car was traveling Southbound on Jacksboro Highway, and the motorcyclist was traveling Northbound on Jacksboro Highway when the car turned east onto 36th Street.  The motorcycle then hit the rear of the car, and the motorcyclist died after being launched from his motorcycle.
The motorcyclist was not wearing a helmet.

The body will be sent to Tarrant County for autopsy. The female driver of the car was uninjured.

The accident is being investigated, and investigators are still determining whether charges will be filed.
