New Wichita Falls Farmer's Market

The Wichita Falls-Wichita County Public Health District is excited to announce that the  Morath Orchard, Young’s Orchard and Berry Farms are partnering to open a new Farmer’s Market. It opens each Wednesday at the Health District at 7:30am.

The market is open to everyone to shop for local fruits and vegetables. The Farmer's Market will accept Senior vouchers and WIC vouchers.  To apply for those vouchers,  visit the Wichita Falls Area Food Bank. 

The Wednesday Farmer’s Market is brought to you by the Community Partnerships for Healthy Mothers and Children, a grant-funded program at the Health District focused on reducing and preventing chronic disease by increasing access to healthy foods and improving access to prevention and disease management services.

The Senior Farmers' Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) provides low-income seniors with coupons that can be exchanged for eligible foodsat Farmers' Markets. The WIC Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program (FMNP) is associated with the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC).
