The Texas Six-Man Coaches' Association will hold its All-Star games in Wichita Falls for the second-straight year, and it all starts Friday night.
The Division I Football All-Star game kicks off Friday at 7:30 p.m. at Memorial Stadium, featuring players from a pair of Texoma teams. The West will feature state 6-Man Player of the Year Mitchell Parsley and Brazos Bowl MVP Jared Brown of the state champion Crowell Wildcats, while the East will include Newcastle's Ryan Hardin and Haden Shields.
On Saturday night, the Division II Football game also kicks off at 7:30, and will feature three Texoma players, all on the East team. Harrold's Jake Welch will join Chillicothe's Denzel Graves and Dominick Ross.
Saturday afternoon will see the action shift inside, to D.L. Ligon Coliseum, for basketball games.
The Girls' game starts things off at noon. The West squad will feature Northside's Keelie Smith, while the East has Jackie Short of Newcastle.
