Two Arrested For Jack in the Box Robbery

Wichita Falls Police arrested two men Thursday morning for attempting to rob the Jack in the Box on Central Freeway.

26-year-old Justin Charles Fugett is charged with Attempted Aggravated Robbery and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The second man arrested is a 15-year-old.

W.F.P.D. responded to the Jack in the Box just before 1:00 a.m. Thursday morning after someone called police saying two suspects were outside the business wearing masks. The caller also stated one of the suspects, Fugett, appeared to be working as a look-out.

Police were able to detain Fugett without any problems. Police say the 15-year-old began to fight with officers, hitting and kicking them and threatening their families.The juvenile is charged with Aggravated Robbery, Failure to Identify, Resisting Arrest, Assault on a Public Servant and Retaliation.

Police also found a mask and bb air pistol at the scene.
