Seven of Comanche County's most influential cocaine dealers are behind bars.
The Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics, the Lawton Police Department and the Comanche County Sheriff's Office ended a 6-month cocaine trafficking investigation Friday morning.
Seven people will be booked in the Comanche County Detention Center, facing charges such as Trafficking of Controlled Dangerous Substances. One suspect is still at large.
Authorities say the group of eight would routinely bring as much as a kilo of cocaine from Dallas into Lawton.
Many of the men arrested also have gang ties and lengthy criminal records.
