Three teenagers are facing charges after police said they threatened children, with what appeared to be handguns.
Officers arrested 17-year-old Rakim Smith, 17-year-old Carson Logue, and a 13-year-old for engaging in organized criminal activity.
Officials with the Wichita Falls Police Department said the incident happened around 6:30p.m. on Friday in the 1000 block of Hirschi Lane. That's where the victims told police that the three teenagers pulled up in a purple car and started yelling at them. They told officers Smith and the 13-year-old pulled out what looked like handguns and threatened to shoot them. Officers said while the victims were running into the house, the two teens started shooting what turned out to be BB's.
The victims told the officers that Smith and Logue had said something about going to a football game later that night. This is when officers at Memorial Stadium were able to stop them. Two BB guns were found inside the vehicle.
