New W.F. Utility Bill Questions Answered

The City of Wichita Falls released new information Tuesday, about the implementation of its new billing system.

Here's a look at those changes and how the new system will affect Wichita Falls residents.
Customers receiving E-statements and those paying through Bank Drafting require no action to continue these services. E-statement and Bank Drafting information has automatically been transferred into the new utility billing system.

Utility customers can sign up for a new feature called Citizen Self Service. This service allows customers to monitor their account anytime, any day; view their utility usage history, make payments and set up new accounts.

Sign-up for Citizen Self Serve is available on the City's website:

1. Go to Click on Pay My Bill in the left-hand column.

2. Click on the Citizen Self Serve link.
