Diabetes 5K

Around 29.1-million Americans have Diabetes, with more than five-million not knowing they have it.  Hundreds of students in North Texas suffer from type one Diabetes, with many others at risk for developing type two. 

That's why the Texoma D.R.A.W. is holding a Diabetes 5K event.  It’s taking place on November 14th, 2015 at Sikes Lake in Wichita Falls.  It starts at 7:00p.m.  Groups and teams that would like to come out and participate are welcome.  The $30 entry fee will get the participant an event t-shirt, along with a participant medal.
