Update: Over 100 dead in Paris

The death toll in Paris, France has risen to 25, after gunfire broke out at two areas in the central Paris, according to French authorities.

Two  explosions were heard close to the national stadium, the Stade de France, where France and Germany were playing a soccer match.

The Associated Press reports that it was not clear if the two events were related, however Police said at least 25 people were killed in both shooting events.


It has been confirmed by French authorities that two suicide bombers attacked two sites close to the national stadium where four were killed.

Authorities also said another attack took place a bar in the 10th district of Paris, where 14 people were killed on Rue Bichat at the site of the Le Petit Cambodge restaurant.

And yet another attack was carried out in the 11th district, this time killing 19 on Rue de Charonne. Prompting French President, Francois Hollande, to close the French borders.

Meanwhile, 112  people were killed at the Bataclan theater, before a operation carried out by French law enforcement killed the attackers inside the theater.
