Plane Registered in Wichita Falls Missing in New Mexico

The wreckage of an airplane registered to a Wichita Falls company has apparently been found in New Mexico, according to Gary Walker with Seeding Operations and Atmospheric Research (S.O.A.R).

The Cessna-182, single engine plane, went missing Monday near Albuquerque, New Mexico. The plane was found Tuesday.

The pilot of the plane is Brian Moore, who worked with Walker on the Texoma cloud seeding project. According to Walker, Moore died in the crash.

According to our news partners at Cumulus Radio, the other two occupants on board, Tim and Sherry Couch, also died in the crash.

No word yet on the cause of the crash.
