Update: Bond reduction approved for woman connected to murder case

WICHITA FALLS, TX - A Wichita Falls woman charged in connection to the murder of Cameron Scott McCarthy is granted a bond reduction this afternoon.Teresa Billen went before a judge in 78th District Court and has her bond cut in half.She now is being held in the Wichita County Jail on a $250,000 bond.

The 65-year-old and two others were charged in a late November murder in Burkburnett.

Back in January Newschannel obtained the autopsy report from Tarrant County for Cameron Scott McCarthy. His body was found in a home in the 700 block of East First Street in Burkburnett on November 28th. According to the autopsy, McCarthy died of multiple gunshot wounds.

He was shot ten times with wounds to his head, neck, chest, back, left thigh and right arm.Methamphetamine and other narcotics were in his system at the time of his death.Charles Frederick Cornman, Thomas Kyle Selman and Teresa Faye Billen all have sealed indictments for murder in connection to this case.
