WICHITA FALLS, TX - Police have identified the suspect taken into custody at a traffic stop on Wednesday night.
28-year-old Trent Weaver is charged with manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance and tampering with evidence.
Wichita Falls Police said they found a bag of meth on the ground next to the car and Weaver admitted to throwing out the bag.
Meanwhile, Wichita Falls police are looking for suspect that eluded them in that traffic stop Wednesday night.
It started just before 9 p.m. in the 1700 block of Lucille Avenue.
The Wichita Falls Police Department's Gang Task Force made the stop on a maroon Chevy Malibu.
Police said the passenger seated in the backseat, described as a black male, fled the vehicle and disappeared into the fog.
The other passenger was released.
