Suspect In Denton Shooting In Custody in Arizona

DENTON, TX (KAUZ) -

Investigators said, Eric Jamal Johnson, a suspect in the murder of Sara Mutschlechner, was taken into custody in Yuma, Arizona on Tuesday.

Mutschlechner left a party on New Year’s Eve when she was fatally shot during an exchange between people in the vehicle she was driving with and a nearby in an SUV.

Denton Police planned a news conference Tuesday afternoon, and are expected to provide details on the investigation.
