Texas authorities are holding a hearing today, asking that the case against the so called 'Affluenza Teen' be moved from juvenile to adult court.
In 2013, when Ethan Couch was sixteen, he killed four people in drunk driving crash.
The judge in that case gave him probation, after his lawyers argued his wealthy upbringing left him unable to distinguish right from wrong.
Investigators said Couch skipped town to Mexico when video surfaced of him around alcohol, which violates his probation.
Now prosecutors want him out of juvenile court, and they are not the only ones.
