WICHITA FALLS, TX - Two Wichita Falls men have been indicted on charges of Aggravated Robbery in connection to an incident in November that sent one of the men, and a gun shop owner to the hospital.
Police say Rodney Robinson and Charles Johnson went in to Texoma Armory off Southwest Parkway around 11-a-m the morning of November 19th to rob it.
Once approached, the owner fired shots at the armed suspects, Johnson was hit as well as the shop owner.
Both were rushed to hospital and have since been released.
Authorities say Robinson fled the scene, but was caught and booked into jail days later.
