Two Arrested Following Robbery Investigation

WICHITA FALLS, TX -

Two persons are under arrest following an investigation into an incident at the Econo Lodge on Seymour Hwy on January 3rd. Wichita Falls Police Officers were called out to a disturbance in the 1700 block of Seymour Hwy. Once at the scene the police said the victim told them, an unknown female knocked on his door and tried to seduce him when other people barged in, held him at gunpoint, and robbed him. The victim also told officers that group all fled the area in a white truck. After further investigation, WFPD detectives were able to identify Savanah Bowles, 28, and Casey Smith, 28, as key suspects in this incident.  Both Bowles and Smith were arrested on January 22nd, following a traffic stop by the WFPD Gang Task Force.  Bowles and Smith are currently in the Wichita County Jail with bonds of $1,000,000 each.
