WICHITA FALLS, TX (KAUZ)- One person was transported to the hospital following a stabbing Saturday night in Wichita Falls. It happened in the 2100 block of Avenue G at around 11:30 p.m.
When officers arrived, three people got into a vehicle and tried to flee the scene. However, as they were leaving, the car backed into one car and then hit a cop car, and another car before coming to a stop at Avenue C and Giddings, according to the Wichita Falls Police Department.
A juvenile female was driving the car and was arrested at the scene. She is facing a long list of charges including: evading arrest, aggravated assault on a peace officer, two counts of harassment (for spitting on officers), resisting arrest, and DWI. WFPD said that she could also face a hit and run charge.
Officers are at the hospital trying to interview the victim. The individual stabbed has not been identified, and the injuries are unknown.
