WICHITA FALLS, TX - Former Wichita Falls Police officer, Teddie Whitefield, who was indicted for three counts of manslaughter for a vehicle accident in 2011 has been denied parole.
Whitefield was up for possible parole in 2016, but that is no longer the case as his parole proceedings ending in him being denied.
In June of 2011, while on duty, Whitefield's car smashed into a vehicle, killing Gloria Montoya and Yeni Lopez as well as Lopez's unborn child.
He was arrested two months later.
Whitefield's next chance at parole is in February of next 2017.
